Application：

  Widely used in Thai hot and sour phoenix claw, Thai hot and sour pig ear, Thai hot and sour fresh squid, Thai hot and sour fish, Thai hot and sour fish Thai spicy and sour beef, Thai spicy and sour fish cake, etc. 

Usage Method：

   Add 150g of this product per 1000g of raw material, add as appropriate according to the actual use
